  I was served this afternoon by a young lad named Isaac who assisted with globe selection. Very helpful and a down to earth nice bloke. Had a bit of a chat with him: hopefully he didn't get into strife. Thank you.

  As a dexterity-compromised woman, I always feel slightly inferior when entering "hardware stores". But not at Carrington BMS! I have always only received the best service and advice. The sales team are more than tolerant, they inform and teach without being patronising. (Even when I go in and ask advice and it's obvious that I have no clue what I'm talking about). On the rare occasion that they didn't stock what I needed, they still gave me great advice and I reluctantly entered another supply store, only to be reminded how great the team at BMS is. Other stores can come and take lessons on customer care! Thank you for never making me feel like I'm " just a woman interfering with men's business".
