  Excellent! I had an issue with my washing machine I purchased there. The manufacturer was hopeless helping me but the manager at the Good Guys was more than helpful and made sure it all worked out for me. Excellent after sales service will keep me coming back

  Had to wait some time for service. Range of vacuum cleaners not very wide and only restricted models available. Felt they didn't really want my business.

  We usually buy all our Electrical Household items through this Store. Customer service has always been great. But this week we had an issue with our Vacuum. Was told to bring it into the store for a check over. Dealt with a great young man upon doing this. Left it there to be checked. Received a phone call telling us we'd put the filters in the wrong way. Honest mistake my us. Accepted this and was told that upon picking it up we would be shown how to do it properly. My daughter went into pick it up for me today. The woman she dealt with was absolutely rude and revolting. She belittled our daughter saying that there was no way it was covered by warranty due to 'How disgusting it was'. And refused to show our daughter how to put in the filters. Because she 'was not touching that'.It's a bloody vacuum cleaner. It sucks up DIRT. It's not meant to be ultra clean. A lovely girl did show our daughter how to do it. But Good Guys.....Your Manager Tanya is a disgrace to your Store.

  If you're buying appliances in Toowoomba, just buy them here. Justin actually listens to you, helps you to understand the range and guides you to the right choice, for you. A breath of fresh air in this game. Harvey Norman and Joyce Mayne creep me out, but Justin and his team are just the opposite. He even pulled apart the dishwasher I was looking at, right there on the shop floor, to show me how it all works and how it will fit at home. He arranged a great deal to have it delivered, installed and the dead machine taken away! Now his team are guiding me through a new audio visual set up, and they actually have answers to help me cut through the marketing mumbo jumbo. Get in and support the people doing it right.

  What an awesome staff member. Matt from Sales team hold on a last item for me so a friend can pay and collect it for me in next few days. Excellent customer service. 5 star
