  Kmart is heaven. Wish they didn't have the checkout in the middle though it's annoying to have too have all your bags checked again when leaving when they could avoid this by placing checkouts at the shop front. A lot of stock is sold out too, but they've always been helpful and willing to order it in for me

  The store is fine but like everyone else I agree that the registers in the middle of the store is not in anyone's best interest. I have worked in retail for 20 years and the only reason I can see why you would do this is as a ploy to get customers to spend more. I feel very sorry for the store greeters for the stress you put on them to check every customers bags as they leave. Surely you are making it easier for shoplifters to steal when a lot of people are leaving at same time. I do agree that the lady who first complained did the wrong thing by not showing door greeter the security tag on her garment but maybe the greeter was busy checking bags. Happy customers should be your priority
